Qualification and Skills Required
- 8-12 years of experience
- MBA from a premier B school, Bachelors’ degree in Statistics/Economics
- Experience in advanced analytics in Click stream analytics, Omniture insights, Search analytics
- Prior experience in Digital & Social Media domains
- Predictive Analytics skill sets, model building, Multivariate analyses on Sales and Marketing
- Good domain knowledge and prior experience on B2B/B2C side of sales /marketing functions and required analytical solutions
- Ability to use data for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics
- Exposure in people management
- Proficient in SAS and Web Analytics tools. Working knowledge of SQL/R
