Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Functions to identify opportunities for Cross Sell; New business development; Improve Persistency and Operational efficiencies
- Develop Customer segmentation models and geographical mapping to help understand the business spread
- Responsible for delivery of regular analytical output to support the various lines of business
- Support COO to drive specific initiatives
- Responsible for interactions with:
- Business heads across departments – For feedback and requirement
- Operations MIS team – For MIS reports and requirements
- COO- Planning and Strategy
Qualification and Skills Required
- Post Graduate with specialization in Analytics, General management
- A total experience of 7-9 years with 4+ years of analytical domain experience
- Exposure to Insurance industry is mandatory
- Good Communication Skills
- SAS and other Business analytical tools knowledge
- MS office skills
