Job description:
Qualification and Skills Required
- Should have 7-12 years of experience, preferably in the telecom domain
- Design and lead experience on End to End BI Implementations
- Good knowledge on variety of BI technologies like ETL, DWH, Analytics, Data Mining etc. Be able to evangelize about and advocate technical solutions in BI Space
- Knowledge of variety of BI Tools. Knowledge of Oracle BI Suite preferable.
- Must have hands-on experience on Intelligence/Security
- Hands-on experience in DWH, ETL, Data marts and Analytics. Keen and quick learner of Huawei’s BI Analytics solution.
- Hands-on experience in understanding customer’s requirements and designing/documenting appropriate solution document.
- Handling projects in Big Data will be an added advantage
- Must be abreast of current happening and emerging trends in BI / DI domain e.g. In-Memory databases, Big Data & Predictive Analytics products from different vendors
- Excellent Presentation Skills is MUST. Should have Good communication and documentation skills. Should be a fast learner and go getter
- Should have experience of writing Proposals and responding to RFPs
- Do hands-on work & show demo to convince the customer on the solution capability
- Participated in Technical Pre-sales discussions in BI / DWH / ETL space and influenced customer through discussions and presentations
- Defend the solution based on the requirement
- Negotiate with the customer & convince him and steer him & the requirements towards a cost effective and practical solutions
