Responsibilities
- Building BI Schema and reports / dashboards as per requirement
- Participate in requirements gathering and design for ongoing development projects
- Coordinate and perform data quality validation on new and existing reports
Qualification and Skills Required
- Working knowledge of fundamental relational database design, data warehouse and Business Intelligence best practices, methodologies and terminology
- Demonstrated experience in performance tuning
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must demonstrate a willingness, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong dedication to quality customer service and a working knowledge of service support and delivery procedures
- Supported or worked with QA teams on data/database/meta-data issues
- Experience in MicroStrategy is desirable
- Total of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- Expertise in SQL required
