Job description:
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support & delivery support for BI/DW activities
- Understand and enhance pre-designed insurance-specific target data models, meta data layer and data marts
- Work in a team to provide end to end Insurance specific BI solutions using multiple BI/DW technologies.
- Participate in medium-scale BI projects: User requirement analysis, data modeling, Design, analysis of source systems, data mapping and transformation logic, report design, validation.
- Act as QA / Lead in existing projects.
- Drive creation of reusable components, frameworks and models from executed BI projects
- Mentor / Coach Associate BI Consultants in the practice to reach the level of BI Consultants
Qualification and Skills Required
- At least 2 years experience within the IT space.
- At least 1 years experience in BI/DW
- Should have been data modeler or ETL / Report Designer on at least 1 BI/DW projects
- Prior experience in Insurance would be a plus.
