Responsibilities:
- Architecting DWH & Analytical solutions as per client requirements (“out of box” solutions)
- Look out for opportunities to come up with standard data models for repetitive businesses
- Considered SME for Analytical solution architecting and to kick-start initiatives
- Establish networking with client organization
Qualification and Skills Required:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc
- Good in developing architectural solutions for business analytics initiatives
- Should have been a key contributor for a minimum of two end-to-end analytical solution initiatives from conception to cutover
- Exposure to OpenSource BI & Analytical stack
- Ability to present himself as point-of-contact to clients and front-end the engagement
- Need to develop implementation options understanding project dependencies & risks
- Excellent track of owning & delivering projects with high quality and on target
- Understanding of industry trends in Analytical Solutions, Big Data
- Awareness of end-to-end DWH lifecycle will be a value add
- Exposure to Analytical Modeling through statistical methods using R / SAS
- Exposure to one or more industries (BFS, Retail/FMCG, Healthcare)
- Good presentation skills
- Leadership skills and a good motivator
- Good verbal & written communication skills
