Responsibilities:
- Aggregate large scale data collected from social platforms and social media listening tools with the goals of identifying trending topics, keywords, affinities, and influencers.
- Define, maintain, and evolve social media listening strategy to collect and analyze the most relevant and real-time data to support marketing and business objectives.
- Work with development team to ensure data quality.
- To present measurement frameworks to clients.
- Produce, visualise and analyse metrics for client reports, and to have an appreciation of the quality required for client reports.
- Produce weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and insights.
- Work with development team to ensure data quality.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social APIs.
- Proven social research and social analytics experience.
- A diligent team player, able to work effectively with all functions within the business.
- Ability to look beyond the numbers towards recommendations and action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail.
- Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details, quality conscious.
- Microsoft Office proficient, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in business intelligence platforms – Alterian, Radian 6.
- Desire to take graphing skills well beyond Excel.
- Understand how to successfully measure actions throughout the entire user journey (across social and digital).
- Previous experience of Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Click Tag and other digital tracking tools.
- Understand how to measure the success of paid media.
- Previous agency experience preferable.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to innovate in the field in social media measurement.
