Responsibilities, Qualification and Skills Required
- Developing descriptive and predictive analysis using modelling techniques such as regression and clustering
- The senior statistician will demonstrate 4-7 years experience of using a variety of statistical tools and techniques.
- The candidate should possess experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining predictive statistical models, also should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a small team of statistical analysts
- Building models from start-to-finish (i.e. extract data, manipulate data, build model and validate model). Will be expected to deliver commentary alongside analytical output for the on-shore team/key stakeholder(s)
- Experienced in building statistical models using SAS Enterprise Miner and using data mining tools such as Teradata SQL
